Tales of Symphonia is excellent, aside from two things. At least Symphonia actually had skits in the English version. I haven’t played anything more recent than Symphonia, but I am struck by Namco’s half-ass localizations. Yes, my favorite character is, in fact, not a playable one. Not to mention that it’s always terribly amusing to see that little angel just spaz out and start shrieking in laughter. I just loved that whole section, all of the plot goodies and voice acting, and the fact that not only did my favorite character in the game got plenty of screentime in that part, but also that one of my least favorite characters gets killed by said favorite character. Probably the whole part with the Hall of the Great Seed and fighting Yggdrasill the third time. That part was just hilarious, especially how Raine just went psycho on them and started kicking the two (well, mostly Harley) around. The whole incident in Asgard with Linar and Harley trying to blow up the dais. I play mainly as Zelos (or Kratos, but I never pick that path anymore, since I’ve gotten the monster list data), and if I can’t use him, then Presea’s my best bet.

I’ve spent enough time to get a file of a full level 250 team (that’s max level, for those who don’t know), if that says anything. It’s probably my favorite game, and I can’t get enough of playing it. I am an absolute dork when it comes to Tales of Symphonia. And it is a sight to behold, let me tell you.She’s not all bad, even if she tries to beat you up now and then. Now she's growing though.Īn hour later, we reach Iselia. To remind me of my sins, while giving me hope of redemption." "What, me?" Sheena asks, suddenly getting embarrassed. I would want mine more pink than that." Presea replies. "Like Colette's?" Sheena asks when Genis struggles to speak. Lloyd takes the lead with Colette as we head towards Iselia. "Trust me, you do not want any, Genis." Lloyd says, patting him on the soldier. "I'm starting to feel left out." Genis remarks. It's just not natural for me to have them out. Lloyd is half to take the chance to turn off his wings. The morning is quickly disappearing behind us." I take note in the fact that he doesn't call Dirk 'dad'. "It is highly possible you are more Cruxis than we originally suspected." Raine ponders. "Your wings are different in style and do not bear the mark. I believe it is the symbol of the Chosen." She turns to Lloyd. There's also a mark on the tips of each wing. "Zelos and Colette have similar wing styles. When I stand next to Colette and summon my wings, Raine paces. "Zelos, Colette, could you bring out your wings as well?" "They look exactly like Kratos's wings." Raine remarks, walking around to study Lloyd's back.

Those are the ones he had when he named the tree. I look up to see wings sprouting out of Lloyd's back. That Lloyd had a future as a ladies' man.if he hadn't been so protective of Colette.īlue light shines, somewhat dim in the sunlight. I miss the Lloyd that would have shaken her off and stormed away. "Lloyd." Colette says, putting her hand over his. "Lloyd, can you pull your wings out now?" I just got I knew dad was gone." Lloyd is studying the ground intently, whereas Raine is studying him. "How did you know? Were you nearby when we spoke to Yuan?" Regal asks.
